  I went to this store to check for an upgrade the MANGER was there he said he was too busy to help me. Keep in mind the store was empty and he was playing in his iPad. I wanted to see my contract with AT&T he refused to show me. Also he refused to help with an upgrade. I ended up going down the street to the new store in oaks and i upgraded my phone to the iPhone8 and i bought an iPad. The manger is ignorant and should be fired! He told me they are not AT&T so they can’t help me funny though because the store down the street was able to help me and they’re only authorized retailers themselves. If BENJI is there i would leave and go to oaks they are helpful and actually want to help customers you know a store is bad when the manager wants to play on his iPad instead of help a customer. Benji was the worst person to come into contact with l. I was already stressed About my phone not working he should have made me feel better not stressed me out even more to the point where i left he store in tears! DONT EVER LET BENJI HELP YOU! He doesn’t deserve credit for anything he is lazy very lazy. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect
